The success of the Company cannot be separated from the role of its main partners, namely partner dealers. Based on this, various appreciation programs from the Company to the partner dealers contribution are given to these partner dealers, where one of them is a tour to Dubai and Turkey on 14 - 22 May, 2022.

The program theme “ Amazing Journey Dubai & Turkey “ was attended by 21 dealers.

In accordance with the mandate of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) through the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange Number: Kep-306/BEJ/07-2014 Concerning Rule Number IE Regarding Obligations to Submit Information, Point V Regarding Obligations of Public Expose, the Company held a Public Expose directly presented by the Board of Directors.

The Public Expose discussed the vision and mission, company history, business activities, financial performance, The Board of Commissioners and The Board of Directors, branch offices and shareholder structure presented by Mr Andi Harjono as Director of the Company. The Public Expose was held on December 22, 2021, at Hall B, 4th floor of Bank Panin Building, Jakarta. The Public Expose was held by prioritizing Implementation of Public Activity Restrictions.

The Company, represented by the Verena Learning Center (“VLC”) conducted another training program aimed at increasing the basic knowledge of risk management for employees at the managerial level under a program called Risk Management Training Program. This training program was conducted online and guided by Mr Dodi Kurniawan from VLC. The program began with remarks from Mr Konosuke Mizuta as President Director of the Company.

The training program was a collaboration with PaninBank with Mr Antoni, Head of the Risk Management Bureau of PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk as resource person. The training material began with a basic knowledge of risk management then followed by an introduction to risk management and risk assessment.

The Company officially signed a cooperation agreement with PT MNC Life Assurance at the MNC Financial Center (MNC Life Assurance) Building Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta.

The signing of the agreement between Mr Konosuke Mizuta as President Director of the Company and Mrs Febriyani Sjofjan Yahya as President Director of PT MNC Life Assurance.

This year’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) was attended by members of the Board of Directors, Shareholders and invitees. The results of the AGMS, among others, approved the Company’s Annual Report for the book ending December 31, 2021.

On that occasion, the Company implemented health protocols and social restrictions in accordance with government regulations.
