Whistleblowing System

The violation reporting system is an information system related to the occurrence of irregularities in the Company's business processes. The deviation in question can be in the form of Fraud or Non-Fraud that occurs in the Company's work units, both at the Head Office and at the Service/Network Office.

The Company prepares reporting system procedures to detect any deviations that may occur in the Company. This reporting system supports whistleblowers not only from internal employees but also from external parties or intermediaries and the general public who have an interest in the Company, either directly or indirectly. The identity of the reporter is confidential and the report can be submitted by the reporter without his identity (anonymous).

Any information submitted is confidential information that is not known to the public. Management ensures the confidentiality of the reporter's identity and the information submitted.
For reports that are proven to be true, the Company will provide protection to the whistleblower. Protection for whistleblowers includes, as follows:

1. Guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the contents of the submitted Report.
2. Guarantee of protection against possible threats and intimidation to the complainant.
